IMPORTANT PARTY INFORMATION

To ensure the BEST possible party experience for you and your guests, we need confirmation of the number of children attending the party FIVE DAYS in advance.

A waiver is REQUIRED for each child attending a Twisters party. Postcard invitations with our waiver QR code are available free of charge to be picked up at the office. If you prefer to use your own invitations, waivers may be filled out via the QR code at the bottom of this page, or parents may sign a waiver when dropping children off for the party.

By booking this party, I recognize the following policies:

I acknowledge that all children in attendance need to be over the age of 3.

I acknowledge that every child must have a parent signed waiver to participate.

I acknowledge that my party will start and end promptly and that I will arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before party time. There will be a $5 late fee for every 10 minutes the party runs over time (this includes cleanup). 

I acknowledge that my party will consist of one hour of gym time, followed by 45 minutes in the party space.

I acknowledge that Twisters Gymnastics will provide cutlery, plates and napkins for the number of children that are attending the party.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for any additional decorations that I would like to be present, as well as cutlery, plates and napkins for any adults or children who are present but not actively participating in the party.

I acknowledge that Twisters does not sell or provide any food or drink.

I acknowledge that I may bring in cake, ice cream and any other snacks/food, with the exception of alcohol.

I acknowledge that my deposit is nonrefundable but is transferable to another date if needed, pending availability.

I acknowledge that I may cancel my birthday party with 72 hours' notice. If I cancel with less than 72 hours' notice, I acknowledge that I will be charged the remaining balance after the deposit, dictated by the number of guests that were confirmed the week prior or stated on the birthday party booking. 

I acknowledge that my final payment will consist of the remaining balance after the deposit, dictated by the number of guests that were confirmed the week prior. If more kids show up, you will be charged more (based on the tiered price list). This payment will be charged the Monday after the party.
