Gymnastics Classes
Toddler Age ClassesDiaper Dynamos (ages 18 months - 3 years)
Parent and child class. Emphasizes fun, independent experiences, and large motor skills such as climbing, rolling, hanging and jumping.
Twist'n Tots (age 2 -3 years)
Must have completed two months of diaper dynamos and have instructor approval. Your child will begin to learn on their own in a mild, structured environment.
** Classes are 30 minutes in length. 4-week class price is $32.00.
Preschool Age Classes
Twist'n Tornado (age 3-4 years)
Designed for your high energy preschooler! Classes emphasize movement education and basic gymnastics fundamentals in a creative and fun-filled atmosphere.
** Classes are 45 minutes in length. 4-week class price is $45.00.
School Age Classes
Mini Twisters (age 5-6)Program is designed around USAG Level 1, developing fundamental skills, flexibility, and body shapes. Mini Twisters is our transitional program between preschool and developmental gymnastics.
Rising Stars (age 7+)
Program is designed for the older beginner, also designed around USAG Level 1. Your child will develop and enhance fundamental skills, balance, coordination, flexibility, and body shapes. Encourage individual rate of progression.
Mighty Twisters (age 5+)
By instructor invite. Designed to maintain and improve technique on skills from beginner level (USAG Level 1) while building a new skill set (USAG Level 2). Children will work on strength, conditioning, flexibility, speed, agility, and grace.
** Classes are 55 minutes in length. 4-week class price is $50.00.
